User Roles

Lecturers can use Attenderz Vertual Academy to instantly create a single course or Admins of academic institutions can create a free Institution Account to initiate unlimited courses and add users with multiple roles that are completely manageable from the mobile app:

  • Superadmin: Full control over the system
  • Coordinator: Add lecturers and courses, assign courses to lecturers, upload students list
  • Lecturer: Add students individually or upload a list, take attendance, export attendance reports for their courses
  • Lecturer-Coordinator: Same permissions as coordinators plus lecturing capabilities
